We had an incredible stay here surrounded by trees and the calming sounds of the forest. Super accessible to Gatlinburg and easy to find. The cabin was extremely spacious and had everything we needed for our group of 7. Dale and his wife were excellent hosts and very communicative. Can’t wait to come back soon!

We had such a wonderful stay at Dale’s place! The location is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and just a short drive to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains, which made exploring so easy and convenient. The space itself was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
One of the highlights of our trip was spotting a mama bear and her three cubs on our very first day—such an unforgettable experience! Dale was also a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a stunning setting.

We had the absolute best time while staying at Dale’s! He was able to accommodate us last minute (literally) which we were so thankful for. The cabin was clean, cozy and the beds were so comfortable. Dale was quick to respond when I had any questions and made recommendations for stores in the area. We loved the location! It felt private and secluded, while still being close enough not to be inconvenient when we wanted to go downtown. My nephew had the best time playing in the stream, we saw lots of really pretty birds on the property and on our last morning we even got a visit from a bear. We look forward to staying here again when we visit the area! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

This cabin was better than expected. Very clean, and everything needed for a great vacation. Furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The only negative would be the space in the driveway. When you're someone not used to living in an area like this the pitch, narrowness and just general lack of space can make a driver a little nervous.

This was my first time visiting Tennessee and it couldn’t have been any better! With having such an amazing host who was responsive and helpful and the home is very spacious and clean , beds and pillows are soft and comfortable, I really didn’t want to leave! This was such a wonderful stay! The Home stay was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything looked great and worked perfectly. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, and check-in/check-out was seamless. The little touches—like coffee, toiletries, and a helpful guidebook—made the experience feel truly welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend this place and hope to stay again soon!
